Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Global Skill Forge, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are permitted for certification vouchers and related products purchased through our website.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues resulting in non-delivery of the voucher
• Cancellation requested before the voucher code is issued
• Vendor unavailability or invalid voucher

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:

• Voucher code has been issued and delivered
• Voucher has been redeemed or used
• Change of mind after purchase
• Expired vouchers
• Third-party or vendor-specific restrictions

You can request a cancellation only if the voucher has not yet been issued. Once the voucher code is generated and delivered, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. We will review your request and notify you of the outcome via email.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

If you are charged multiple times for the same order, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and process a refund for the duplicate charge.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
