By accessing or using the Global Skill Forge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Global Skill Forge is an authorised reseller of discounted IT certification exam vouchers. We provide genuine exam vouchers from globally recognised technology vendors sourced through authorised channels.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept bank transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and other agreed payment methods. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.

Vouchers are delivered electronically to your registered email address within 15–30 minutes of confirmed payment. Delivery times may extend up to 2 hours in exceptional circumstances.

Voucher validity periods are set by the respective vendors and communicated at the time of purchase (typically 12 months). Expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Vouchers are non-transferable and for single use only.

Due to the digital nature of exam vouchers, refunds are generally not available once a voucher code has been delivered. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of purchase for unused vouchers. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Global Skill Forge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We are not responsible for exam outcomes or scheduling issues with vendors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
